Market Summary: March corn is down 2 cents, March soybeans are down 6 3/4 cents, March canola is up $1.90/mt and March spring wheat is 1/2 cent higher. The Canadian dollar is 7 basis points higher.

Outside Markets

Asian markets closed lower on Thursday with Japan's Nikkei down 2% and the Shanghai Composite in China down .2%. China's flash Purchase Manager's Index was reported at 48.3, down from January's 49.5, and also the lowest level in seven months, signaling the economy is slowing further.
