Market Summary: December corn is up 1 1/2 cents, November soybeans are down 4 3/4 cents, November canola is $1.90/mt lower, Dec HRS is 3 1/4 cents higher. The Canadian dollar is 9 basis points lower.

Outside Markets

Asian stocks closed mixed in Monday's trade, with the Shanghai Composite up .7% and the Nikkei in Japan down 1.2%. European markets are also trading lower as the U.S. shutdown continues.
