OMAHA (DTN) -- This week's export sales report should be viewed as neutral to bearish for corn and wheat and bullish for soybeans, according to DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom.

Weekly export sales of corn showed a total of 872,300 mt (34.3 mb), with 827,100 mt (32.6 mb) for the 2013-2014 marketing year. This was well above the 266,800 mt (10.5 mb) needed this week to stay on pace with USDA's demand projection of 1.45 bb. Weekly shipments of 693,400 mt (27.3 mb) were below the 730,400 mt (28.8 mb) needed this week. This report should be viewed as neutral ...
