General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are narrowly mixed at midday. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 36 lower. Energies are flat to higher. Livestock trade is mostly higher. Precious metals are higher with gold up $14.

Corn trade is 5 to 9 higher on old crop and 1 to 3 on new at midday with a further resumption of bull spreading. Outside markets are fairly quiet this morning, with outside markets mildly friendly.
