When Tim Struecker and his son, Thad, decided to build a new farm shop four years ago, they focused on efficiency and organization. Convenience and comfort were close behind.

"We got tired of working out of our old machine shed in the winter with only a portable heater," Thad says. Standing nearby, Tim adds, "We needed a facility that allowed us to be more productive year-round."
