OMAHA (DTN) -- Minimal rainfall in southern Brazil and a dry outlook in the southern U.S. plains are the primary weather items for the commodity trade's attention Wednesday.

NEW MIDWEST WINTER STORM SYSTEM

The DTN ag weather forecast calls for a new storm system to produce rain changing to snow, along with strong winds, in the Midwest. This system will cause transportation disruptions for portions of Iowa, southeast Minnesota, west and north Wisconsin during Thursday and Thursday night.
