OMAHA (DTN) -- Rain and cooler conditions for southern Brazil, a drier outlook for Argentina, and a possible major ice storm for the southeastern U.S. are the primary weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.

MODERATING PATTERN AHEAD IN MIDWEST

The DTN ag weather forecast calls for another surge of very cold conditions in the Midwest. The pattern may moderate somewhat later in the week. The storm track is well south and east during this period, likely remaining south and east of the Midwest areas.
