OMAHA (DTN) -- A drier pattern across the Midwest this week and heavy rain focusing on southern Brazil are the primary weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.

DRIER MIDWEST TREND

The DTN ag weather forecast calls for drier Midwest conditions following last weekend's heavy rain and severe weather. The next round of thunderstorms, occurring later this week, looks a little south of where the weekend activity occurred. Some latter-stage harvest delays are in effect.
