OMAHA (DTN) -- Limited Midwest rain, heat and dryness in the Southern Plains, limited moisture in the Delta, scattered rain for the Northern Plains, favorable harvest conditions in the Southeast, very warm and dry conditions in West Texas, a cooler pattern in the Canadian Prairies, a mild trend in northeastern China, a dry and cool trend in central China, and an early exit of the India monsoon are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
