OMAHA (DTN) -- More local flooding in the Midwest, a variable outlook in the Southern Plains, drier and hotter conditions in the Delta, warmer and drier for the Northern Plains, mild but dry in West Texas, a milder outlook for the Canadian Prairies, possible showers in southeast Europe, cool but dry conditions in Ukraine, scattered rain in Kazakhstan, heavy rain in West Australia, a favorable trend in northeast China, mixed rainfall patterns in the North China Plain, and monsoon rainfall in western India are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
