OMAHA (DTN) -- A wet outlook in the Midwest, drier and hotter conditions for the Southern Plains, a drier trend in the Delta, a new rain event in the Northern Plains, rain to come to an end in West Texas, moderate to heavy rain in the Canadian Prairies, a wide variability in conditions across Europe, mostly dry and cooler in Ukraine, scattered showers in southeast Russia, a continued dry trend in Australia's wheat areas, limited rainfall in northeast China, mostly dry conditions across the North China Plain, and a reduced monsoon rain outlook in India are the main weather items ...
