OMAHA (DTN) -- A variable rainfall outlook in the Midwest, a mixed effect from rainfall in the Southern Plains, harvest-delaying showers in the Delta, continued rain over the Northern Plains, early-week showers in West Texas, additional rain in the Canadian Prairies, a new flood risk in France and Germany, limited rainfall for eastern Ukraine, a cooling trend forming in southeast Russia, a drier week in Australia's wheat areas, periodic showers in northeast China, a very warm pattern across the North China Plain, and flooding monsoon rains in India are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
