OMAHA (DTN) -- A brief drier period for the Midwest, variable conditions in the Southern Plains, mainly dry in the Delta, persistent showers in the Northern Plains, minimal rain for West Texas, more rainfall in the Canadian Prairies, continued storms in Europe and Ukraine, a limited rain chance in eastern Ukraine, a dry week ahead for Kazakhstan, beneficial rain this week in Australia, a very warm trend for northeast China, a hot late week in central China, and generous monsoon rains in India are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Thursday.
