OMAHA (DTN) -- Only scattered rain and snow for the central U.S. Tuesday, rain expected in central Midwest areas Wednesday, cold conditions from the Canadian Prairies southward, dry weather in Brazil and a dry pattern in Ukraine and Russia are items for the attention of Tuesday's commodity market.
