OMAHA (DTN) -- Low soil temperatures in the Midwest, an unsettled period for the southern Plains, a rainy trend in the Delta, widespread flood concerns in the Canadian Prairies, a variable impact from rain in Brazil, additional heavy rain in Argentina, field-work delays in Ukraine due to cold conditions, planting delays in southern Europe, a new rain system for South Africa, and continued improvement in Western Australia soil moisture are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
