OMAHA (DTN) -- No significant moisture for the western Midwest, very cold weather for the eastern Midwest, continued dry conditions for the Southern Plains, very cold for the Northern Plains, minimal crop stress for Brazil, a cold front expected for Argentina, heavy rains in South Africa, snow and rain for Ukraine and south Russia, and a cold weather pattern for Europe are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
