OMAHA (DTN) -- A cold and dry Midwest trend, mostly dry conditions in the Southern Plains, very little moisture in the Northern Plains, a dry week in southern Brazil, a heat wave building in Argentina, no cold-weather threat in Ukraine, and a mild pattern in South Africa are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
