Here's a review of drought conditions at the end of November in the major U.S. crop areas from the November 26, 2013 Drought Monitor.

MIDWEST/PLAINS: An inch or more of precipitation fell across parts of the Midwest, locally in southern Iowa, southern Illinois, and parts of Missouri.
