Sunny to partly cloudy skies and breezy across the Southern Plains, Texas and the lower Mississippi Valley. Temperatures are in the 50s to low 60s in the Northern Plains and Midwest, 60s to low 70s over the central and Southern Plains, west Texas and the lower Mississippi Valley.
