Blustery and cold conditions, along with some light snow, will be featured in the southern and central Plains through western and northern Midwest Monday. Eastern and southern Midwest areas will see light to moderate rain, while locally heavy rain and severe weather threaten the Delta and Deep South. Strong winds are also in store from the north with widespread velocities of 30-plus mph in the Plains and Midwest.
