Light snow continued in the eastern Midwest through southern Ontario and Quebec Tuesday afternoon, with dry conditions noted elsewhere in the primary U.S. crop areas and the Canadian Prairies. Temperatures ranged from the upper teens in the northern Great Lakes to the low 70s in southeastern Texas and southeastern Georgia.

Wednesday will feature light rain showers with little meaningful precipitation in the far Southern Plains, along with light snow in the Prairies.
