Light to locally moderate rain occurred during Monday in Florida and the southeast U.S. region. Light mixed precipitation was reported through the middle Atlantic region and from the northern Rockies into the Northern Plains. Mainly dry or with only a few light showers elsewhere in the key crop and livestock areas Monday. Temperatures ranged from 20s in the Manitoba area of Canada to the 80s in south Florida.
