Wednesday features a freezing precipitation/snow mix in the far Northern Plains and light snow in the Great Lakes. The rest of the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions will be dry. We'll also see strong winds again in the Northern Plains and the northern Midwest. Temperatures will remain well below normal in the Midwest and Delta, with milder trends elsewhere.

Highs: Teens to 30s Midwest; 40s/50s Prairies, Plains, Texas Panhandle, Delta, Deep South, Southeast; 60s remainder of Texas.
