A mix of light snow and freezing precipitation will move across the Northern Plains Tuesday. Otherwise, we'll see dry conditions in the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions. Temperatures will show some moderation in the western and Southern Plains, but will remain below to much below normal in the Midwest, Delta and Deep South. There is no threat to winter wheat conditions with this pattern going into the end of December.
