Dry conditions are in store across the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions Thursday. This combination will favor row crop harvest and winter wheat planting; however, strong winds will develop in the western Plains Thursday afternoon, causing some stress on emerging wheat.

Highs: 60s/70s Prairies, Northern Plains, Midwest, Southeast; 80s central and Southern Plains, all but southern Texas, Delta, Deep South; 90s southern Texas.
