Moderate to locally heavy rain will move through the Southeast Plains and Delta Friday, with light rain showers farther north in the western and central Midwest. Dry conditions will cover the rest of the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions. Temperatures will be seasonal to below normal from the Prairies to the Delta, and hot in Texas through the Deep South and Southeast.
