Light rain showers dotted the far Northern Plains and Canadian Prairies Monday afternoon. Showers were also featured in the Great Lakes, south Texas and the Southeast. Dry conditions covered the rest of the primary U.S. and Prairie crop regions. Temperatures ranged from the low 40s in the southern Prairies to the low 90s in the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles.
