Moderate to locally heavy snow will move across the northern Midwest Monday. We'll also see light to moderate rain in the central Plains through western Midwest. Conditions will be cold for the season in the northern areas, and more springlike in the Midwest, southern Plains, Delta and Southeast. Monday night brings a new freeze threat to the southwest Plains.
