Tuesday will feature moderate to heavy snow and blizzard-strength winds in the northern Midwest west to the Rocky Mountains. We'll also see moderate to heavy rain in the western and central Midwest, with light rain in the central and south-central Plains, and very little rain in the far southwestern Plains. The eastern and southern Midwest, Delta and Southeast will be dry.
