Moderate to heavy snow will cover the central and eastern Midwest through the Mid-Atlantic coast Monday. This snow will cause many transportation disruptions, and will further delay soil warming for spring field work. We'll also see light snow in the western Midwest. Dry conditions will cover the rest of the U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions; however, heavy snow from late last week in Saskatchewan is creating extensive problems for livestock and transportation.
