Light snow will move through the Great Lakes Tuesday, and a mix of light rain and light snow is in store for the far eastern Midwest. The remainder of the primary U.S. and Prairie crop regions will be dry. We'll also see a very windy and cold day in the Northern Plains and western and northern Midwest.
