Light snow occurred through the northern Midwest region Tuesday. Little light rain or drizzle occurred along the Gulf Coast. It was mainly dry elsewhere in the key U.S. and Canadian crop and livestock areas Tuesday. Temperatures ranged from the single numbers in the eastern Prairies to near 80 in south Texas and south Florida. In South America, the key corn and soybean areas of southern Brazil and central Argentina continued dry Tuesday.
