Light snow occurred Monday through the eastern Canadian Prairies and through the eastern and southern Midwest. Light rain or drizzle was reported in the southeast Plains and across the Delta region Monday. It was dry elsewhere in the U.S. and Canada. Temperatures ranged from the single numbers in Manitoba Canada and northern Minnesota to the upper 70s in south Florida and south Texas. Argentina and southern Brazil corn and soybean areas continued dry but not very hot Monday.
