Snow and blowing snow was reported Wednesday over Iowa and Wisconsin with the heaviest of this snow expected to total 4-8 inches in central and northeast Iowa and southwest and central Wisconsin. Light rain and showers occurred through the eastern and southern Midwest and Delta Wednesday while the heavier rain and storms moved off to the east. It is drier through the Plains regions Wednesday. Temperatures ranged from well below zero F in the Canadian Prairies to the 80s in Florida and southeast Georgia.
