Tuesday will feature scattered snow showers through the Great Lakes region and a little light snow in the Northern Plains and western Midwest regions. Dry elsewhere in the key crop and livestock areas of the U.S. and Canadian Prairies. Dryness is still the main concern for crops areas of the Plains and western Midwest as we move through the winter. Cold conditions in the Midwest wheat belt do not look cold enough to harm the dormant crop. Key South America corn and soybean areas of Brazil and Argentina will be mostly dry today but not very hot.
