Clouds along with a little light snow/flurries across the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes region at midday on Thursday with some fog over the middle Missouri River Valley. Dry conditions elsewhere in the central U.S. Temperatures are in the single numbers and teens in parts of North Dakota, Minnesota and the eastern Prairies, but moderate rapidly as you head to the south with many areas of the central Plains and the southern and eastern Midwest in the 30s and 40s. The southern states are mostly in the 40s and 50s.
