Snow, freezing rain and rain covered the Delta, lower Ohio Valley and the Tennessee Valley Tuesday afternoon. Dry conditions were noted elsewhere in the primary U.S. and Canadian Prairie crop regions except for patches of light snow in eastern Montana. Temperatures ranged from the mid-teens in the eastern Dakotas, northwestern Minnesota and southern Manitoba to the low 50s in south Texas.
