Snow, ice and rain occurred Monday through the Delta region. Rain and showers carried east-northeastward across the southern portion of the middle Atlantic region. Snow was reported through the western portion of the Canadian Prairies. It was mostly dry elsewhere in key U.S. and Canada crop and livestock areas Monday. Temperatures ranged from below zero degrees Fahrenheit in the central Canada region to the low 80s in Florida and parts of the southeast U.S.

Tuesday will feature more rain or showers across the southern and eastern Delta. Rain also spreads northward into Tennessee and eastern Kentucky and eastward across Virginia ...
