EARLY LOOK WEATHER REPORT

NATIONAL TEMPERATURE/RAINFALL EXTREMES:

HIGH THU...96 AT DRYDEN TX AND ENTIAT WA AND OCOTILLO WELLS CA LOW THU...19 AT ALAMOSA CO

24 HOUR RAINFALL THROUGH 7 PM CDT: NEWARK NJ 1.46 INCH

US OUTLOOK AND MODEL DISCUSSION:

The US and European models are in fair to good agreement during the next 5-7 days, fair agreement during the 8-10 day period. I am using a little more of today's European model as it concerns the 8-10 day period. The US model appears to have too much trough over the northeast plains and the upper Midwest during days 9-10.
