USDA Weekly Crop Progress

OMAHA (DTN) -- USDA's crop progress and condition numbers for the week ended Aug. 10 continued to be neutral to bearish for grain markets, according to DTN Analyst Todd Hultman.

Fifty-four percent of the nation's corn is in the dough stage, compared to 36% last week and a 46% five-year average. Eleven percent of the crop is dented, compared to a 16% five-year average.
