Ethanol futures closed fractionally lower as supply worries have ceased for now. There wasn't much action Friday in the cash or futures market which put a little pressure on prices. February ethanol futures closed at $1.885 and March closed at $1.816 per gallon.

Crude oil futures ran out of gas to end the week closing lower as slow economic growth in Europe pressured futures along with a higher U.S. dollar adding to losses.
