Though few suits in Cargill's corporate boardroom would get the connection, something about the company's recent strategy of downsizing within the beef industry has got me thinking about the 1989 so-called classic "Field of Dreams." The odd reference is even stranger given the fact this movie typically ranks high in my list of top-ten dumbest features ever to hit the big screen.
