HADDONFIELD, N.J. (DTN) -- Small-business owners faced a state of confusion over 2014 health care choices, even before federal computers crashed in October. Adding to the urgency of their dilemma is that millions of self-employed individuals may have their existing health insurance coverage terminated Jan. 1. Some insurance companies report cancellation rates of 20% or more, Kaiser Health News reports.
