Midwest Crop Tour - Day 2

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (DTN) -- Mother Nature turned up the heat a notch as crop scouts fanned across the Midwest on the second day of the Pro Farmer Midwest Crop Tour. The sunlight might have been welcome after weeks of cloudy and unseasonably cool weather, but added heat combined with dry conditions may become more of a yield factor if rain relief doesn't come soon.
