WASHINGTON (DTN) -- The House will pick up debate Thursday morning with major battles over sugar and dairy policies, as well as further tightening of payment caps on commodities. Lawmakers are prepared for a marathon session of voting on amendments in an attempt to pass a farm bill by the end of the day.
