REPORT ON VALUE OF CHINA'S CURRENCY

The U.S.-China Business Council has issued a report that among other things finds that the exchange rate of China's currency, the renminbi, has not stunted the level of U.S. exports to China. The allegation that China routinely manipulates the value of its currency as a way to advance its trade interests has been repeated for years, but according to the council's report, the allegation is more myth than reality.
