As I've grown older, I try to listen more. In fact, I try to especially listen more to younger people, because even though I've grown old and experienced, sometimes there is a tendency to negate what other people are telling you.

Listening is one of the most difficult things I do. However, I constantly make a deliberate attempt to hear and consider everything that is said to me. If I don't get it, I simply try harder.
