Budget Plans Toss Out Numbers

OMAHA (DTN) -- Congress had not even finished the votes to fund fiscal year 2013 when votes started this week on the floor for the House and Senate to put down their markers on where to begin the budget fight for 2014.

Effectively arguing over taxes, Medicare and Obamacare, the two chambers highlight that the rope and flag have moved little within the Republican-led House and the Democratic-led Senate.
