EPA MAY BE REQUIRED TO POST COST-BENEFIT ANALYSES

Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., says he plans to introduce legislation that would require the Environmental Protection Agency to conduct and issue a cost-benefit analysis regarding the effect on the overall economy and job creation any time the agency issues a new regulation.
