Trans-Pacific Nations Eye Trade Pact

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones) -- Top officials from a dozen Asia-Pacific nations are negotiating down to the wire on a trade agreement aimed at boosting economic growth, but basic issues separating the two biggest economies, the U.S. and Japan, could complicate a goal of finishing the talks this year.
